CBG Annual Business Plan (2024-2025)

Creative Business Group has organized a divergent program apart from its other academic and business programs. The company has announced their fiscal year operational planning in 2023. From then, it has been maintaining the fiscal year budget planning and operational activity planning from July - June.

The Annual Business Planning (ABP) was a genuine concern to all the business units of Creative Business Group. This planning includes the previous fiscal year target and achievement along with this fiscal year planning of all the departments. 

The CBG has both academic and production business units and the company announced to every unit to submit their plans for the upcoming fiscal year. 


For the announcement, around 6 business units submitted their business plan focusing on the sales target, resource staffing, operational venture, product research, market analysis and SWOT analysis. Every business unit needs to present their market sustainability in the IT industry. 

The chairman of Creative Business Group, Mr. Monir Hosen was the chief guest of this program. Together with, the other special guest was the COO of CBG, Mr. Zia Uddin Mahmud; the CFO of CBG, Mohammad Jamilur Rahman; the HR Head Mohammed Kamrul Hassan, and all other HOD of all business units. 

The Creative Business Group consists of multiple business ventures such as Creative IT Institute, BrightSkills, Movreel, Excellence Architecture, Desvert, and others. Furthermore, the separate and large concern of Creative Business Group, The Creative IT Institute is functioning its academic operation in three branches, Dhanmondi (Head Office); Uttara; and Mirpur successfully.
